While I was in Copenhagen for a 7-hour layover, I stopped by Papirøen, which is a warehouse filled with street food vendors serving a variety of cuisines. About 30 minutes by train from the airport.

I was just in Copenhagen last month and had my fair share of rugbrød. Loved it.

Cool! I wanted to try some actual Danish food but not enough time and I didn’t see anything that appetizing at Papiroen. I’m sure I saw rugbrød.
