Fun Things To Do In Antigua

Have you heard of Antigua and Barbuda? Not Antigua in Guatemala. When I told people I was visiting Antigua, 99% of them have never heard of the country. It’s 324 miles from Puerto Rico. East of US Virgin Islands and North of Barbados. Here it is on the map:   If you are wanting to avoid the resort route, I’d advise you don’t. The resorts offer a lot of things to do and you don’t have to worry about transportation or food, like I did. Why Southern Africa Is Worth Visiting

There is nowhere like Africa. It is a continent (NOT a country) that encompasses a wide variety of cultures, ecosystems, languages, and religions. Although Africa continues to be exploited by foreign interests, it has the potential to be great. Wakanda is a glimpse of what Africa can be. Countries visited: South Africa, Mozambique, Swaziland, Lesotho* Total time spent: 5 weeks *Lesotho is only mentioned once in this post because I was there for 3 hours  This trip was not my first time on the continent. Too many to choose from! And the cuisine varies from region to region. Sapori e Saperi, in my opinion, was worth every nickel and dime. (Lesson was done in May 2017.) Our chef’s name was Gabriella. She is Italian and has lived all her life in Italy. Location: Near Viareggio in the Tuscany region Duration: About 6 hours Start time: 9 AM We first met up at the pier. Spent approximately 20 minutes there. Gabrielle brought some freshly caught seafood…

Part II: 25 Foods You Should Try In Europe

NOTE: If you missed part one, click here. I traveled to the 8 countries, so this post will not cover all of Europe. Are you a foodie? Do you love fresh food? Do you love desserts? …..If you answered yes to any, well, this is a great post for YOU! Of course there are many things you could try, but here are my favorites. And when I say ‘favorite’, I mean I enjoyed it so much that I would like to replicate it in my kitchen.   DENMARK While I was in Copenhagen for a 7-hour layover, I stopped by Papirøen, which is a warehouse filled with street food vendors serving a variety…
